"Five years and nine months on lees. Lovely wine. Almond meal, salt, lemon zest, honeyed florals, tangerine, butter etc. Lively wine, with lemon oil, distinctly saline, some ginger, fine bubbles, and a nutty chalky finish of great length. Complex and spicy. Terrific."
